- What is it, in one sentence?
- A Slack-like workspace for one or two people, with a chief of staff that turns conversation into tasks and follows up, and AI specialists who know your business.
- Do we have to change how we work?
- No. You talk the way you already do. Ops listens for hand-offs and commitments; everything else is optional. Two minutes of setup: your name, your business, one line about what you do.
- What do the specialists actually know?
- Your business brief, your Knowledge (facts, files and video transcripts), your log of decisions and events, your open tasks, and the conversation they're in. They don't see messages between the two of you.
- Do I need my own AI subscription or key?
- No. The specialists are included in the price and there is nothing to set up. Your data is never used to train AI models; the privacy policy says exactly what is sent where.
- What does it cost for one person? For three?
- The same $45 a month covers one person or two. Each further person is $15 a month, so three people pay $60, four pay $75. Invite whoever you like; the price follows.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Open it in the browser, add it to your home screen, turn on push. If you live on Telegram, link it and briefings, nudges and hand-offs arrive there whenever you're away from the app.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your business becomes read-only: every conversation, task and note is still there to read and export, nothing is deleted, and subscribing brings it all back the same minute. No card is needed to start; if you add one during the trial, the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends and you can cancel before then, so nothing is charged by surprise.
- Can I leave with my data?
- Yes. One button in Settings downloads everything as a file, and we delete the business when you ask.
