Questions about paying
- How do I pay?
- By card, inside the app: Settings → Subscription, any time during the trial or after. Payment goes through Stripe; we never see your card number. Subscribe during the trial and the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, not before; cancel before that day and nothing is charged. Invoices, a card change and the switch between monthly and annual are in the same place.
- What counts as one business?
- One workspace: its own team of two, specialists, areas, tasks, Knowledge and log. A second business under the same sign-in is a second subscription.
- Is there a limit on AI use?
- No hard cap. The specialists are built to be economical, and normal daily use for two people is well within what the price covers. If a business uses many times more than that we'll talk to you before anything changes.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings → Subscription, or by email. Monthly ends at the end of the paid month; annual at the end of the paid year. You can export your tasks and log before you go, and we delete the business when you ask.
- Do you offer refunds?
- The trial exists so you don't have to ask. If something is wrong in the first month of a paid plan, write to us and we'll make it right.
- We're three (or more). What now?
- Invite them. Two people are in the price; each further person adds $15 a month ($130 a year on annual). The price follows the number of people in the business, and it goes down again if someone leaves.
- I work alone. Is there a solo price?
- $45 a month is the solo price and the two-person price. You get Ops, every specialist and the whole task system either way; a partner can join later at no extra cost.
